We booked and paid for 2 rooms through a third party. Found out right before arriving that the hotel only had 1 room for us. We thought we had booked directly with Caesars but apparently the site re-directed us. We are still trying to get this sorted out. Caesars was no help in contacting the third party to confirm that we did in fact pay for TWO rooms. When we checked out, the attendant gave me a receipt which still showed the hotel fees that I had already paid at check in. I asked the attendant for a receipt with a zero balance (I needed it to dispute the charge on my credit card) and she gave me this look like I was being difficult - so I changed my expression and gave her the reason WHY but come on, really? This trip was stressful enough and this still has not been resolved. Still waiting on my $1800 refund for the room I paid for and didn't receive.

Caesar’s Palace customer experience was superior than my stay at MGM. I am a new slot player and have gotten to Platinum quickly. I had two sets of comped rooms for my bday. Caesar’s treated me way better at check-in. Big thanks to Jorge at the front desk for being a stand out.

Stayed for 10 days,from 1st May to the 10th,extremelly satisfied with the experience. Before booking the stay,I have read many reviews which puzzled me a bit,even if I knew the property from a previous visit. A lot of haters out there!Moaning about the resort fees, they have been charged for things they haven't consumed in the room,etc,etc WIFI is great,yes you have only 2 devices to be connected FREE in the ROOM,for the rest of property its FREE for ALL your devices! Housekeeping atteded every day,cleaned the bathroom replaced the towels,soaps. Yes,you pay a resort fee,but you have plenty of amenities,swimming pools,free towels,a huge property to be cleaned,cooled,etc. As a Facilities manager myself,I easily understand why that resort fee needs to be paid. You don't like it?Look elsewhere,go downtown,those hotels are rundown,tired,full of junkies to say the least! All in all,we were very happy at Caesars,stayed in Palace Tower. This is a truthful review from a mature person. Special thanks to Moses from front desk who was professional and courteous. WELL DONE, CAESARS!

Express check-in was closed without notice and despite using it we had to stand in check-in line for 45 mins. Room was in tough shape - corridor outside window was filled with trash including what appeared to be medical waste (see picture), paint in various places was peeling, toilet paper holder was held together by a rubber band. Rough experience for the price.

I changed my checkout day upon arrival to Friday and the charged for 2 extra nights. Called the hotel and they said I should have checked out in person. Line to check in was 45 min, same line when I was checking out. Never felt the need to physically check out when I changed my departure date at check in. We had a problem with 4 of the 6 rooms we booked for a conference, 2 of the guests didn't get rooms until 9PM.
